Use wayland ipc client instead of wl-clipboard

My plans are to keep wl-clipboard as an additional provider, but switch to using zwlr_data_control_manager_v1

wlr clipboard implementation is at the final stage, the only thing left to fix is client generation, which generates incorrect code when the property allow-null=“true”
