Review all cards from a file no matter the due date

Hi there!
Is there a way to review all cards from a file, or based on a filter-by-tag?

I returned to a topic that I studied a year ago, but the due dates are scheduled only for the next year. I can't clearly remember what the most of these cards are about, so I would like to process them in one go in org-fc manner.

So far I envision it like adding a time filter to review cards that are older than a certain day.
This approach should collect all cards with time older than specified by user and filtered by any tags or pathnames.
It is also important to separate the results of such reviews from normal-flow reviews, which means that org-fc-review-data-write and org-fc-cache-update should be muffled and not produce any changes to the cache and the cards' files.
I'm still studying the code, so I'll be glad to hear your opinion on this approach.
