Storing Choice and Getting Results

Hi, I was wondering how hard it would be to implement a DB that can store the choices and then determine the results of the choice?

One thing I think that would also be helpful would be to determine the choice based on spread too.
I noticed that when an underdog is chosen if you choose the spread instead of MoneyLine you can still win with a loss on the team.
