Check coverage in Montana #8

Am I missing tiles or is the backend broken?
You know, I'm guessing this has to do with how I'm filling-in tiles. I currently fill in when a tile doesn't exist. But here only part of the mercator tile isn't covered. So I think this is just due to some missing data in this part of Montana.
Not sure if a good way to fix it.
