Allocated CPU and Allocated memory issue

I have deployed opennebula in k8s cluster but allocated CPU and allocated memory is not allocated for host. how to allocate memory for host.

I have attached opennebula dashboard screenshot. please check.

Hi, did you add your hosts to the OpenNebula?
For now there is no automation for this procedure yet.

Hi, i didn't add host to the openNebula. I am trying to add host using below link https://docs.opennebula.io/5.10/deployment/node_installation/kvm_node_installation.html.
I need to create separate VM for host, and then need to add host to the openNebula? or I need to create node inside k8s cluster to add to the openNebula?

You have few options:
1 - connect existing kvm hosts to OpenNebula (only ssh and libvirt with qemu are required), you can install opennebula-node package to get it working
2 - run containerized libvirt and ssh directly in Kubernetes, this is not implemented yet for this project, but I have plans to implement this in the future.

Currently we use first option because of the stability, containerized libvirt is working bit worse and also rely on docker daemon which is not so good because creating new possible points of failure.

Other words: yes, you still need additional compute nodes, current project provides only containerized control-plane for OpenNebula.

I have few queries in "Step 4. Configure Passwordless SSH",
When the package was installed in the Front-end, an SSH key was generated and the authorized_keys populated.
here Front-end was mentioned this is pod? or compute host vm?
Queries on below command,
ssh-keyscan frontend node1 node2 node3 ... >> /var/lib/one/.ssh/known_hosts
"frontend name" - is a opennebula-sunstone pod name?
"node name" - is compute node(i have created new vm and install opennebula-node package in it) name?
