• Create new Qwik project (empty template)
• Use mdx instead of tsx
• Create generic version of docs components

(sidebar, breadcrumb, footer, header subtickets)

• stick components on docs homepage (similar to airkey developer portal docs home)

• start figuring out how routes are created at build time based on files consumers add
