Create an animation for hero section inspired by the attached image: a space scene with an astronaut floating center-right, a KubeStellar flag on the astronaut's shoulder, and a space station in the background. The animation should be smooth, lightweight, responsive, accessible, and reusable as a component for the design system.

Hero Section animation is for the upcoming KubeStellar documentation website (built with Next.js). This component will serve as the visual entry point for the site, highlighting the project’s identity with a modern, engaging, and accessible animation.
