Which metric can be used to get the Kubernetes Cluster Limits/Resources

Hello folks,

I am looking for a metric or promql query to help me get the total number of CPU/Memory cluster-wide on Resource Limits/Requests.

I require that the metric or the promql consider the resource limits/requests added on deployments/statefulsets/other resources.
