Job/Pod status icon color should better reflect their states #6443

What would you like to be added
Currently the Job is always shown as a green dot icon, this is true even AFTER a job's all 5 tries failed. for Pods, it only shows orange for the initial starting phase, and red after it failed.
ideally for both jobs and pods, we'd like to show maybe blue for "ongoing", green for success, red for failure.
Why is this needed
a lot of users use Kubernetes as simply a job execution engine for one-off jobs, we'd like to see the job queue better.
