NetworkPolicy missing auth named port #10201

What happened?
The login page is showing a blank page.
What did you expect to happen?
The login page is requesting authentication or you are landing on the homepage if you are already authenticated.
How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
If you install the kubernetes-dashboard version 7.12.0 and set app.security.networkPolicy.enabled=true.
