Description

Observed Behavior:
Create 2 RGDs with same .spec.schema.Kind and .spec.schema.apiVersion and different .spec.schema.spec

The KRO controller would overwrite the CRD created by one RGD with values from the other RGD. Sometimes in a conflicting fight.

Expected Behavior:
KRO Should pick one of the RGD and throw an error in the other RGD.
