Introduce naming strategy overrides on the Cluster Topology

What would you like to be added (User Story)?

As a Cluster operator, I should have the ability to override the naming strategy for the control plane, machine deployment and infra cluster objects via the Cluster topology.

Detailed Description

ClusterClass objects provide the ability to set the naming strategy for the control plane, machine deployment and infra cluster objects. As a Cluster user, we should also provide the ability to override these parameters on a per Cluster basis.
