No subDir so all pods share the same share

I need a PVC referring to an NFS share to use it without creating a subdirectory under it, using ReadWriteMany access mode.

Is it safe to use subDir as "." or "/" when using PVCs that are dynamically provisioned?

Is that non-standard for the NFS CSI driver? Will that behavior change?

This seems not documented.
