I would like to be able to update kubelet config
in order to set parameter to my specific need.

• update kubeletconfig option imageGCHighThresholdPercent
• update kubeletconfig option imageGCLowThresholdPercent

I think it would be good to update the values for some kubelet config parameters.
In my case I want to update the following parameter:

• imageGCHighThresholdPercent
• imageGCLowThresholdPercent
