Update Trainer Examples to use param unpacking in the training function call

This issue on the trainer SDK will provide a more straightforward way to pass arguments to the training function. After the PR Merges we should update the examples to reflect the change.

Why is this needed?

Cleaner training functions.

I think we should update the examples with all the changes that affect APIs at once, not just the param unpacking changes. We'll change pip_index_url (kubeflow/sdk#72) and we also plan to refactor the get_job_logs() API

Also, we should create a notebook example to introduce Local Execution Mode, but that can be done outside of this PR
