"torch-distributed" runtime does not work on OpenShift

What happened?

The "torch-distributed" runtime (and possibly other runtimes) do not work on OpenShift because of Security Context Constraints (SCCs) that prevent the training script that gets created from being read.

What did you expect to happen?

All runtimes should work on OpenShift.
