terraform want to delete my load balancer

The Load balancer was supposed to be created by Terraform, but that failed. The Load balancer was instead created when we deployed the ingress controller (this is handled by ArgoCD).

How to solve this issue? The Load balancer itself is protected, so it would not be deleted, but this issue itself I want to solve.
