How to easily configure kube-hetzner for log rotation for pods to avoid overwhelming the local storage

I am not sure how this works, the GPT says to edit a file that apparently is generated from a config.toml.tmpl but I cannot find it...

I also want to use loki but don't want it to lose logs on rotation (not sure the log is accessible anymore) so that is a bonus question.
