Use existing Floating IP for Hetzner Load Balancer

Is it possible to specify an existing floating IP to the load balancer which gets created for my worker pools?

Because a lot of DNS record point to this floating IP I would like to create one upfront first, and then assign the existing floating IP to my LB so that if I have to tear down and recreate a cluster I don't have to go and update all my DNS settings again.
