API Rate Limits

In the past few weeks we had quite a few users of kube-hetzner who requested additional Rate Limits. We also see an issue with hcloud-cloud-controller-manager that causes a lot of requests to GET /v1/servers/{id}, but we have not been able to reproduce the issue yet.

I believe these two are related, and users of kube-hetzner are often encountering the HCCM bug.

Has anyone of you seen this bug before? Do you perhaps have some ideas what configuration people usually use to get into rate limit problems? Do you maybe even know how we can reproduce this issue?
