allow to search for billing-accounts

Given a username and a password, ptimelog could query the JSON-Interface of puzzletime and query for billing-accounts and its details. If we support uploading the entries via JSON, we might have that information available already. This ties ptimelog closer to puzzletime, but that's the whole point, right?

In bash, this looks like this:
