Fix flaky tests in `test_krkn_kubernetes_monitor.py` and `test_krkn_prometheus.py`

Monitoring feature has some flaky tests that have been temporarly disabled to avoid the CI/CD pipeline fail.
Need to be reimplemented in order to reduce the failures to 0.
