Benchmark vs Other Languages

I will eventually develop some benchmarking routines, which would contrast the capacity and performance of Toy against other popular langs.

Such langs include:

• lua
• JavaScript

I'll also compare certain implementation options against others, including:

• container expansion rates (Benchmark Allocation Ratios #149)
• table expansion threshold (currently 80%)
