TIME ZONE IN ACTIVITIES

Hello, I'm from Brazil. I need help setting the correct time zone for activities when a Lead is moved, it's counting three extra hours. Initially the time zone is APP_TIMEZONE=America/Sao_Paulo and is set correctly, but it's not being applied to the activities.

Have you done any customization? Because timezone is applicable to all our the application.
