PyCharm Installation Error #1097
Description
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Download plugin as a file
- Install plugin via disk
- Restart IDE as requested, note the error above
Expected behavior
Would expect the plugin to have all the things necessary to run. Considering I am using PyCharm, it feels like that should be there but I'm not a plugin author.

- OS: Windows 11, Ubuntu 2024
- Pydantic version... IDK if this is relevant since the plugin itself fails to load/install?
- Plugin version: 0.4.19
Additional context
Due to my workplace requirements/environment I am required to go the download/install from disk route
