✨ Concatenations of NotBlankString

💡 The idea

We would like to add the following function for concatenating the string representation of an object with a NotBlankString:

/** Concatenates this string with the [other] one. */
operator fun NotBlankString.plus(other: Any): NotBlankString

This function should be available for Kotlin and Java users.
Here's an example of calling it from Kotlin code:

val hello: NotBlankString = "hello".toNotBlankString().getOrThrow()
val world: NotBlankString = "world".toNotBlankString().getOrThrow()
val message: NotBlankString = hello + ' ' + world
println(message) // hello world
