Adding support to USB dongles

I switched my setup from "central-left + right" to "central-dongle + left + right" adding a USB dongle as stated in ZMK Docs.

I would be amazing it I was able to register my screenless dongle (connected via USB) as a means to check the battery levels on both halves.

I am willing to help test this feature.

Currently ZMK does not have the capability to report battery levels over USB. There is a PR that attempts to implement it, and if it is merged, I will consider USB support.

In the meantime, maybe you can connect the dongle via Bluetooth (at the same time it's connected and communicating via USB) to report battery levels over Bluetooth, unless your host machine does not have a Bluetooth adapter.
