Allow Local network sharing

Please include an option to toggle local network sharing. KDE Connect does not work when the VPN is connected.

As of today, the plasmoid doesn't cover any nordvpn settings. But if you want to always have access to the local network, you may be able to achieve that directly using nordvpn CLI:
e.g. nordvpn whitelist add subnet 192.168.1.0/24 (change the IP address to match your network accordingly)
