remove namespace from generated SVG

Currently, generated SVGs have all tags namespace-prefixed (using the standard SVG namespace of course). While this is not a problem for well-designed SVG parsers, there are some out there that barf on namespaced SVG.

Therefore, it would be better to remove the namespace prefixes.
