olm issue while deploying konveyor operator

Hi Team,
While deploying the konveyor operator using below command in google kubernetes cluster getting below error message. Let us know how to proceed on this.

kubectl apply -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/operator-framework/operator-lifecycle-manager/master/deploy/upstream/quickstart/olm.yaml

Error message:
Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp 34.93.219.145:443: i/o timeout
