Webui1.6新发布的一些功能：
1.新的采样方法，如：DPM++ 3M SDE、DPM++ 3M SDE Karras、Restart。
2.Refiner选项，包含Refiner模型与Refiner switch at。
3.高清修复独立的放大模型、采样数、放大倍率和重绘幅度。

I hope to add some new features released in Webui1.6:

1. New Sampler, such as: DPM++ 3M SDE, DPM++ 3M SDE Karras, Restart.
2. Refiner options, including Refiner model and Refiner switch at.
3. HiresFix independent Upscaler, steps, zoom ratio and denoising.
