Cannot import into Kodi.

Kodi won't let me import from zip. Vague error is as follows:

Failed to Install Add-on from zip file
Installing the Add-on from zip file located at failed due to invalid structure.

Running on a Rasp Pi 4b
Latest stable version of Kodi from Raspbian repository
