How to handle LFS limits

All of the Knoxville open data that is not in any eas y to parse `pdf`, undocumented REST apis are stored in Github LFS. Github has well documented limits 1 GB free storage and 1 GB free bandwidth per month. This is tiny. https://help.github.com/articles/about-storage-and-bandwidth-usage/

How will we resolve this in the future? The datasets currently stand at 340 MB total.
