admin/campaigns page showing different stats than analytics page #2744

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce:
.../admin/campaigns page shows 20,910 clicks.
Analytics page of the same campaign shows 8860 clicks
Same discrepancy exists with views. The summary page shows higher number than the analytics page.
We're using Amazon SES to send and have Virtual Deliverability Manager enabled.
Amazon's numbers are much closer to the stats displayed in the campaign's analytics page than what's displayed on the summary page .../admin/campaigns
At one point, I had to pause the campaign to change some settings, reload the app and resume it. Other than that, it was a fairly straightforward campaign send.
