I don't believe so. The closest to reusing would be to duplicate a campaign or exporting the JSON and saving snippets somewhere else. For example, you could export one of the email-builder.js example templates, and import them into Publii by exporting and importing the JSON:

Hi! 👋 I'm new to Listmonk (haven't installed it yet, just doing research this far) and I've tried to look around in the demo and my google fu has failed me, but is it possible to create custom components/elements that can be included in email campaigns? E.g. a "Button", "Call out section" or "Avatar" etc that can easily be included and reused when building the campaign?
There's the wrapping template that's used as a base for the campaign, but I can't find any information about being able to reuse elements when building the actual content.
Edit: What I'm asking for is if it's possible to add custom elements to the section in the screenshot
