Send email from alias account?

Is it possible to send emails from alias accounts? I have setup multiple aliases for my primary Microsoft account, configured the DNS records and configured the Azure Exchange Comms services SMTP. I'm trying to pass a header so it overwrites the default "From" but it still does not work. Any ideas?

Does it also do this when you change it to the alias in the "From" field of the campaign page?
