Implement Delete Scape

I created a Scape that I don't want anymore. I want to delete the Scape from my profile.

1. Select the Scape to delete
2. Click a delete icon
3. Prompt 3Scaper with modal dialog to confirm by typing "DELETE" in a text box
4. Delete the Scape from the database when the dialog is submitted

Note: this issue will evolve over time to include confirmations, recycle bin and other delete features common in document editors and content management systems.
