No IP refresh after home/router power down

Hello,
First of all thank you for great project.
I have following issue:
After global power down (no power in house) when power comes back my router needs quite long time time to turn on.
In the meantime all 11 thermostats are tunred on and (I expect so) tries to get IP. They did not get it so all of them switches to AP mode (I also guess it). Thet causes there is no connection from thermostats to mqtt server (local in my home)
To get back to work i have manually power down thermostats.
Is there possibilty to retry to get IP from router from time to time automatically by thermostat ?
Or is it possible to set static IP number ?
