Multi-Aperture Photometry

This pull request #191 starts the first attempt at multi-aperture photometry to replace Astro ImageJ (AIJ) and have a more direct pipeline source to gather magnitudes and errors for target systems. This pull request #191 has not been tested yet but will be in the next few days, however the calculations are not exactly the same as AIJ just yet, as this is just a proof of concept.

Major improvement was implemented with #317 but still needs some refinement and testing before considered to be accurate.
