Dynamically extract the second setup source filename from the metadata of the first for Tescan #65
Description
Currently, the source CaSO4_as-is_Tomo1.xml is explicitly defined as a setup source in the inputMap file for Tescan. However, this name may vary. It would be better to extract this information from the other acquisition file, Dataset_info.hdr, specifically from the field [Project & Sample][Project], and use a minimal inputMap file as a default.
