Plugin: include jar files in release artifacts #49
Description
As a courtesy we can include the stable jar files for the mapping service plugins in the release artifacts.
This, however, may be confusing as long as the current mapping-service does not work with stable versions created from github tags (see #33 for details).
Suggestion: add jars once mapping-service can handle it in latest version and update readme section accordingly.
