Progress display during plugin reload

When reloading the plugins via the API, you don't know whether this process has already finished. Add an indicator for that.

Not sure if I get the point. As reloading happens via /api/v1/mappingAdministration/reloadTypes and this call is synchronous, reload is finished as soon as the call returns. Or do you mean some kind of notification like "Reload successfully performed"?

Furthermore, I'm not sure if updating the integrated frontend is reasonable. I would rather aim at integrating also the administrative functionalities into the new frontend as maintaining two frontends is tedious and as I also plan to integrate Auth (finally 👍 ) major changes would be required.
