⚙️ Setup Instructions

1. Clone the repo

git clone https://github.com/your-username/eventify.git
cd eventify

2. Install dependencies

npm install

3. Create .env file

Create a .env file in the root and add your Firebase and Cloudinary credentials:

VITE_API_KEY=your_firebase_api_key
VITE_AUTH_DOMAIN=your_project.firebaseapp.com
VITE_PROJECT_ID=your_project_id
VITE_STORAGE_BUCKET=your_project.appspot.com
VITE_MESSAGING_SENDER_ID=your_messaging_id

4. Start the dev server

npm run dev

🚀 Deployment (Netlify)

Netlify Build Settings:

• Base Directory: (leave blank or use client if it's in a subfolder)
• Build Command: npm run build
• Publish Directory: dist

💡 Make sure to add the same environment variables in Netlify > Site Settings > Environment Variables
