add a GUI to configure the local containers #5
Description
Instead of using "gdbus call" for trying tcd, it should have a basic GUI (possibly based on tceditor.js, or something web based) to select the rkt or Docker running locally and configure their queuing disciplines in a graphical way. Some GUI ideas here.
