Feature: Support for Jupiter Swap transactions #28
Description
To support requirements for some customers we would like to add the ability to pay from Kinetic fee payer wallet for Jupiter swaps.
reference to https://betastation.jup.ag/docs/apis/swap-api
once the serialized transaction is received we will deserialize it, sign it and send it to Kinetic to sign, pay the fee and process. This needs to be added to each of the SDKs but initially just to the typescript and platform monorepo
