Add ispell-related commands to EditKit

Hello!

I've recently started using EditKit, and two commands seem like they would be helpful in it: ispell-buffer and ispell-word. Although flyspell exists, I find it gets in the way, and would like a convenient way to call the ispell commands that is consistent across buffers.

Thanks for the suggestion! I typically use flyspell, but adding a spelling focused menu sounds like a good idea. Will explore it when I have cycles.
