Parent module is detected as "Changed Project" when only a file in a sub/child module is changed

Say you have:

root
  \ moduleA
    \ subModuleOfA
  \ ...

and you modify root/moduleA/subModuleOfA/something.txt then subModuleOfA is detected as a "Changed Project" (ok!), but also moduleA which is not what I expect.
