RML modules test cases are not incorporated yet #4

What's happening?
Recently, the W3C Community Group on Knowledge Graph Construction released new versions of the RML modules with test cases for each of them. In the 2024 edition of the Knowledge Graph Construction Workshop Challenge we have a track that verifies the compliance of RML engines against these new test cases. However, the generation of these test-cases pipelines are not included here.
What's supposed to happen?
After the 2024 edition ends, we will add the generator for these test-cases so they can be regenerated in the future to help newer editions of the Challenge and push the compliance of RML engines against the new test cases. This was not done before since the test-cases are still in the flux and were updated multiple times over a short period of time.
