Bucketing of Dates

Hello,
This is not so much an issue but more of a request.  It would be great to have things bucketted by week / month.  Ie only have a smaller set of grid items  (12 by 4/5 for weekly for example).

Not sure if this change is possible and to add a prop for bucket - (day,week,month) etc.!
