how to add a descriptor by bless

I start a project to write a hid service on bless, however, I could not find the interface where I could add descriptor to the HID Report (2a4d) characteristic, I think that is why I could not get the correct HCI log, and the service could not read the report map and report reference correctly. Is there anyone could help me ? thank you very much
